Sanctuary animals are rescues that have very strong special needs and are likely to be with SCARS permanently as they will not assimilate with the general public. Some have extreme medical conditions that require expensive treatments and others have very strong personalities that are not conducive to living with families.

In many shelters and societies, animals like this are often euthanized as they are too high maintenance and costly, and they don’t have any place to house them.

SCARS is dedicated to giving these animals a life and home. These animals are usually permanently with us, although in some cases we do eventually find a compatible match.

We need sponsors to help us offset the cost of permanently housing these animals and giving them the love, care and attention they so desperately need.

We look to businesses to please consider sponsoring a sanctuary animal. Your company logo will show up on the animal’s page and let everyone know your organization is helping to not only save the life of these lovely animals, but that you are actively taking part in housing and caring for the animal.

Aside from your company logo appearing underneath the animal that you sponsor, you will be provided with ongoing updates about the animal you sponsor and you will be provided with a high-quality image so you can display the animal proudly in your office.
