Hello, my name is Stewy...I'm an 8 month old pup who was abandoned, left to fend for myself. It wasn't easy...I had a tough go, little food to be had,a case of Demodex and no body fat to keep me warm during the cold nights. I had pretty much given up on life but fortunately for me someone found me and took me to the vet in Lloydminister.... emaciated, hypothermic with a light case of Demodex. There, they administered an IV to warm me up, treated my Demodex and started feeding me... After spending a couple of days at the clinic, I went to my foster home where I began to flourish. The foster home has a resident dog and at first I was quite food aggressive with her but now I'm a little more chill as I know I will have another meal. We tolerate each other quite well. I hang out in my kennel when foster mom leaves and also at night, with the door left open. Im pretty good at doing my business outside, I enjoy going for walks, am not overly reactive on a leash and I don't pull.... If you're looking to adopt a sweet boy who enjoys giving kisses and enjoys being around his people, that could be me. Life is good now, I'm living the life a puppy was meant to live
