Hello there, my name is Lobster Bisque! I came into SCARS care with my two sisters, but we came from a home with 13 other dogs. Out of the three of us, I'm definitely the most shy. We had to scrounge for food every day, and I'm still getting used to having regular meals. I scarf down my food because I never knew when I would get more. Even though I was starved, I have never shown any aggression when it comes to food, which often let my sisters push me around. I'm getting used to the leash, and it's a work in progress. I am a very smart boy and even though I've never lived inside before, I got the hang of using pee pads right away. Training me will be super easy, I think! I am a people pleaser and love to be close to you. Belly rubs are my favourite, you can even clip my nails as long as you're scritching me! I also love when people cheer or clap for me, I get super excited and start to join in! The ladies at the shelter though it was pretty darn cute. I'm just a gentle soul who's ready to start the next chapter of his life. I would do well in a home with another dog who can help me continue to gain confidence, but could handle being a single dog as long as I'm trained and socialized properly. Are you willing to give me my second chance? Adopt me today, I can't wait to meet you!
