Hi, I'm Basset! I'm the only boy in my litter, so you'd think I'd be the top cat, but my sisters all have equally strong personalities (and right hooks) and make sure to keep me humble. I'm an energetic young boy looking for a family that loves to play and will be consistent in teaching me that hands are not toys, since I like to wrestle with them the same way I do with my sisters. Out of everyone, I'm the most affectionate and am not shy about planting big kisses and begging to be held. Like all my siblings, I like to race around, play, eat bugs, and cuddle with my people. All four of us are the definition of Velcro cats - we'll be glued to you all day and always want to be touching you. I would love to go to a home with another playful cat that I can have fun with, but it's ok if I'm adopted solo so long as my new family puts in a lot of time playing with me, since I have tons of energy to burn. I know black and tux cats are always passed over in favour of other coat colours, but I'm hoping someone out there will see past that and notice me for the sweet little ball of energy that I am.
