Hi I'm Spencer! I was a stray before being rescued hence I am a very good hunter who excels in hunting games. I love zooming around the house and I always outrun my humans. I love chasing and bunny kicking any round objects and definitely enjoy catnip toys. But the next moment you will find me sweetly cuddling in your laps purring away. If my humans are busy, I have no problem just staying quiet by their sides. I'm playful yet sweet and cuddly. I bring a lot of joy to my humans and love chatting with them. My fur is smooth and soft and I don't shed much. I enjoy having feline friends to play with. I certainly have displayed my gentle manner and patience when meeting new friends before engaging in more energetic activities, such as chasing and play-fighting. On the other hand, my foster mom says I could be too rough for young children. I have two medical conditions that you may want to know about. I have an enlarged heart but the condition is benign and only needs yearly monitoring & I do not require meds for it. I also have asthma which my condition is well under control with a daily inhaler. Before me, my foster parents had never given an inhaler to a cat before but I think they do a great job and it was easy for them to learn and teach! Eventually I may have to transition to pills which I am a champ in taking pills that even my vet is impressed!
