Hey there, my name is Spencer. I came into SCARS care as a stray, so not much is known about my past. But they're pretty sure I had a rough time. But don't worry, I am doing great now in a foster home! I have learned how to play with toys (string toys and balls are my favourites) and love to sit on my people's laps or beside them on the sofa, purring. I adore my people and just want to be where they are, doing what they are doing (including writing this Bio!). I'm a sweet and gentle soul, but do like to gently explore fingers and toes with my mouth (my foster Mom is working on this with me, and she says I don't bite hard and that I am not trying to break skin). I would do better in a quieter house with older children. It's uncertain if I am good with other cats, I haven't had many interactions with the other cats here but I didn't seem to mind when they came over to sniff me while I was at the shelter. I would probably like a kitty friend to play with me.
