A little about me. I'm a large girl, already topping 100 pounds, expect to see me around 140-ish. Maybe more. We're not sure my breed. Mastiff and maybe some dane thrown in - big, that's for sure. I'm extremely smart and very trainable. I know shake paw, sit, you know, the basics. Of course, I'm housebroken and kennel trained as well. I'm starting my "terrible teens," and while I'm not a destructive girl from time to time I may chew on something I shouldn't. I'm also a love bug and cuddles are my favourite thing in the world.
My ideal home is one with another dog. I'm sorry, but if you don't have another dog who is still young and active then it's kinda a deal breaker for me. I'm very co-dependant and need a doggo activity partner, so a home with no other dog or elderly dog home just won't work. The work schedule of my adoptive parents is important. I cry when my human parents are gone and it causes me a lot of stress, so a home where someone is home with me most of the day is ideal. Because of my size and the fact I'm rather aggressive with wanting you to shake my paw so I can be praised I wouldn't work well in a home with small children. Teens and older would be ideal. Last but not least - cats. I love cats. Cats, other dogs of all sizes, small animals, I'm awesome with them all, there's not a mean bone in my body and my prey drive is non-existent.
When I came into care, I did have major fur loss. It’s all better now, and I now know I shouldn’t have chicken in my diet.
