Hey there, I'm Blacky! I came into SCARS care from a previous home that kept me locked up in a room with no socialization. So it took me some time to adjust to things. There are still things that scare me a little bit: loud noises and sudden movements can startle me. I am slowly getting braver but I will need to be adopted into a family that will be patient with me. I've never bitten or scratched on purpose before, but sometimes if I get scared I do it by accident, for this reason I need to go to a home with no children. The last thing I want is to hurt someone. I definitely have a snuggly and affectionate side that I've been starting to show, and I love to rub against your hands and give you little nibbles. I'm not quite used to being picked up or sitting on your lap, but with some love and patience I know I'll become the sweetest and most loveable boy. Will you give me that chance?
