"Look at me from a distance and give me a moment to warm up. My name is Ike and I am just getting used to my new surroundings. I had a rough time when SCARS found me, so I needed a little more medical attention, which I'm free of now!! I was never mean to the vets or my foster mom, but I did not like taking all the pills. Because of this, I am still getting used to people, without the fear of having something forced down my throat. I prefer to stay within the comforts of my room, but I am slowly venturing out to watch my brother play with the foster pups. I think I will do better in a quiet home and I'm not sure if I will like other cats, or just my brother. Please do not let this deter you from meeting me. I am really sweet, love pets around the ears, and in time I will come out of my shell and reveal my true self."
