Hey everyone! I'm Ted (or Theodore or Teduardo or Teddy Bear, depending who you ask). I'm a floofy orange guy with plenty of energy and a love of sunbathing near windows. I'm not a huge fan of brushes, but a grooming glove or mitt feels AMAZING and I will gladly lie in the sun and let myself be groomed for a half hour. I enjoy attention from humans of all ages and am definitely a fan of having another cat around. The little humans in my foster home say I'm an "awesome big brother" to my fellow foster cat, Maurice, and they think I'd do well in basically any household. I'm very curious about outside and would probably love a catio or safe way to explore the outdoors, but I'm quite content to sit on windowsills and chirp at the birds who dare to invade my territory. I'm a big dude and need a big litter box, otherwise I might get a bit messy. Oops. I try really hard to clean up after myself and my foster family says it makes a huge difference to have an extra large litter box that I can fit in properly. I'm about four years old, so I know the rules but still have plenty of energy to run around and wrestle with the other cat here. I'm not what people would call a lap cat, but I sure do like to be close to my people and get plenty of affection. Sometimes I climb up on Foster Dad's lap or hang out on the arm of his chair for pets. I make a point of greeting each person in this house every day, and making sure they smell like me before they go out into the world. I'm ready for my forever home, so apply to meet me and see if we can be buddies.
