Look at me! I am the handsomest cat in town! Check out my fantastic lion-like mane, my matching white socks, and my thick, glorious tail. I spent the first week in my foster home in the Town of Smoky Lake feeling overwhelmed and hiding in the basement, but I just couldn't resist being a part of the pet family (four cats and one Labrador Retriever). I kept peeking around corners and sneaking upstairs to observe from hiding places until I finally worked up the courage to eat, hang out and sleep with the others. Now I play with the other cats, affectionately rub up against the dog, and flop casually everywhere around the house in doorways, in the middle of the room, in hallways ..... just because I can. I like being on top of the kitchen cupboard where I can observe everything and everyone; I've even curled up and gone to sleep there! I adore watching the world go by from my front window perch. I am okay with being picked up for cuddles, but I prefer having my feet grounded while soaking up your petting. I meow for food and for loving; I will wrap myself around your feet and beg for attention when I need your touch. My ideal adopter is someone who doesn't mind brushing my fantastic coat because a vain fella like me requires a personal groomer to maintain my handsomeness. I also clearly love being with other cats and the dog so a home with other pets would be best for my social personality. Are you looking for a laidback, easy-going , and sweet housecat? If I sound like a good addition to your loving home, please complete an application. More information on the adoption process and my adoption fee can be found on the "How to Adopt section under "Adoption.
