Hi friends, my name is Sparky and I'm on the hunt for my new forever home. When I first came into Scars care, I was having some issues with pain in my hind end. My friends at the vet have since given me a clean bill of health, and I am so excited to meet my new family! A bit about me now, I will need to go as a solo pal in the home since I've had a few incidences with other doggy friends that have caused me to be quite untrusting of them. When other dogs get in my face, I can overreact and may bite, so I will not be the type of dog who can go to the dog park. I would do best in an adult-only home as kids can also be a bit too much for me. I've met some kitties before and I don't mind them as long as they let me live my best life and not pester me. I love to run and play in the yard, fetch is one of my favorite games! I also walk really well on leash and am super motivated to get out there and explore all the smells with you. At the end of the day I would love to spend my evenings curled up on the couch beside you and just relax! Sometimes it does take me a few meetings to warm up to new human friends, so please be aware that it may take more than one meet and greet before I am ready to trust you. But once I do, you'll have the best friend you've ever had! Do I sound like the kind of guy you're looking to hang out with forever? If so hit the adopt me button and lets meet!
