Hi everyone, I'm Poppy! I'm a sweet, shy, and petite girl looking for my forever family. One of my favorite things is greeting people with my soft little voice and my loud, happy purr. My fur is incredibly soft and fluffy, and once you start petting me, you may never want to stop! I take a little time to feel comfortable with new people because trust is something I build slowly. But once I've decided you're my person, I love being near you. I'm not the most demanding cuddle bug, but I do enjoy sitting on your lap or curling up on your chest while we relax together. I'm a gentle soul, even when I'm feeling nervous. If I need a little space, I'll let you know in the gentlest way possible. I love to play and often carry my favorite toys around the house. Sometimes I'll even invite you to join in the fun! And if you're busy, that's okay too. I'm perfectly happy entertaining myself. More than anything, I enjoy spending time with my humans and following them around the house to see what they're up to. Because I can be a bit anxious, I take daily medication to help me feel my best. I thrive as the only pet in the home, where I can be your one and only. So, what do you think? Could I be the newest member of your family? I'm ready to give my heart to someone special. Maybe that's you.
