Hi! I'm Sky! I'm a sweet, shy little girl. Since coming into my Foster Home a couple weeks ago, I have slowly started to come out of my shell, but I am still getting used to the scary noises that come with living in a house with a family. The doorbell & vacuum are a few of these scary sounds and I prefer to hide in my safe spot until it's safe to come out. I really like my Foster parents, particularly my Foster Dad, and Foster Mom calls me Shadow as I like to follow him around. Though I am a fan of pets, I prefer being near my people to being on them or being picked up, so while I am not what you would call a "lap cat, I will occasionally curl up for a short visit and will brush up against you when I want attention. There are a ton of toys here, which I'm definitely a fan of; the jingle balls and the feather stick things are so much fun to play with. I also like to chase & bite my tail, (ouch that sometimes hurts!) which cracks up my Foster parents. Apparently the grandkids did stop by to meet me but it was too much commotion for me and I went and hid. As such, I would likely be best suited to a quiet home, without children. My ideal evening is spent curled up on my blanket on the couch near my person, watching TV and having some treats. If this sounds like you, then maybe we'd be a purr-fect match?
