Hello everyone. My name is patches and I'm the orange and tabby girl with 3 legs. My friend is Fallin the one with white. We are a bonded pair as it's better if we have each other in our forever home. We are both broken in different ways but have lots of love and snuggles to give. Broken crayons still colour is what my foster mom says! I am the fastest cat in the house even with my 3 legs. I'm very much a kitten I love to play and get into things. I'm very fast to get into rooms so closing doors one needs to be careful with me around. I also like to stay close and can be underfoot at times. A house with many kids that could step on me is not a good idea. I do love to sleep with my humans and so does Fallin. I will beat you to bed and Fallin likes to wait till the humans are sleeping before coming to bed. You'll never have to use the bathroom or shower alone again ! I'm happy to wait while you shower and then join you while you get ready for work. I had a leg amputated due to an accident. What I lack in legs I make up with my love bug self. I will meet you at the door when you get home and hang around you while you are home. Fallin is a little fearful. She wasn't allowed to play or be a kitten so she is the shy one. Fallin loves to watch tv, hockey is her favourite and she loves pets when she is sleeping and relaxed. She doesn't trust humans like I do but she will learn to love like me in time. She is afraid of loud noises and when she's playing and someone sneaks up on her it startles her. We are looking for a quiet home maybe with an older kid. Neither of us do great with other animals but we do get along with some of our foster cats family members. The older cats that are shy we do get along with. Myself I feel like I have something to prove so I do hiss and try to show that I'm strong even though I only have 3 legs. Fallin just crumbles and hides and will not stick up for herself. That's where I come in ! Her and I play. I'm pretty vocal when I play but I'm all talk. If you have love in your heart and room for us in your home we'd sure like to find our place in this world. Maybe we can all heal together. We both use our litter boxes well and keep our fur clean. If Fallin gets stressed out or too scared she will pee herself. This needs to be understood with her PTSD. She has been fine for months in foster care and our foster mom is always happy to help with integration into our new homes and has tons of experience. If the home is low stress no yelling or screaming we will both be just fine. Apply for us to love us for who we are!
