Hi there! My name is Phoebe (formerly Akira) and I am looking for my forever home. I was brought into care when I was severely emaciated and I was adopted out once I recovered and gained some weight, but recently came back into care. I am looking for a quiet, adult-only home where I can relax. I can be a little timid with new people and situations, so you will need to take things slow with me and ensure proper introductions with new people and other dogs. Children can be really scary for me so I would prefer my new home not have any of those around too often. Do you have a nice, quiet home for me to decompress in?
