You know DNA is a funny thing, for instance I love when humans try to guess who my relatives are, I’m big but gentle. I’m friendly and keen to say Hi, in dog speak it’s “sniff” everyone I pass. I’m not really playful with toys but I have my moments, I do love to play with most male dogs my size and energy level. I’m incredibly patient except when I sense it’s walk time and then I dance with joy. I’m relaxed and considered low energy, mostly there’s no better place than to flop wherever you are.
Bonus qualities, I’m respectful, patient, and trustworthy meaning you can leave me loose at home and I know what’s yours is yours and what’s mine is also yours. I understand most of what you say and obey.
Speaking of DNA, mine also included Hip Dysplasia, meaning my hip joint didn’t develop normally. I likely have a couple or so years before I’ll need surgery but don’t let that alarm you. You’ll just need to keep loving me, make sure I get walks to keep my muscles strong, no treats so I don’t gain weight. When surgery is recommended, keep loving me, be patient and attentive and SCARS will help us both through to a long happy life together.
Probably not bonus qualities, I don’t like cats and small children can be quick and startle me.
