SCARS Vehicle Fundrasier!

Our current transport van is in rough shape and we’re in need of a new one!

A Lifeline on Wheels: Our Goal
We’re launching a
n urgent fundraising campaign to purchase a new, dependable transit van equipped for animal rescue. Our goal is to raise $70,000 to cover the cost of the vehicle and necessary modifications for animal transport.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Homes Alive Pets, all donations made through August 2025 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000! This means your contributio
n will have double the impact, bringing us closer to our goal of getting a new rescue van.

Hi my name is Micks and I'm on the hunt for my new forever home. I am a pretty tall guy, but don't let my size fool you! I am an absolute love bug and I am here to please. I am working hard on my leash skills as I am a strong boy and pull a lot when I see something exciting, but I know with the right combination of training and patience I'll get the hang of it! I will need to continue my training to ensure my size doesn't get me in trouble. I am a very smart boy who loves to have a job to do. I have done some scent training in the past and I would love if my new home would give me a job to do like that! Because of my size and strength, we think I would do best in a home without children. I am also not a fan of cats, but I have done well with female dogs with the same kind of energy as myself. I am hoping my forever home will be as active as I am, I love long walks, and I would make the best hiking or jogging companion. Do I sound like the missing piece to your puzzle? If so hit the adopt me button and let's meet!
