Hi, my name is Kiyam, and according to my fosters, I’m the biggest, sweetest cuddle bug around. Honestly, I think they might be right! My favourite thing in the world is being close to my people, whether that’s curling up beside you after a long day or joining you on your next adventure. Need a walking buddy? I’m your guy. I absolutely love getting outside to explore, and I have wonderful leash manners to make our outings together easy and enjoyable. I’m also fully house trained and ready to settle right into family life. I get along well with most dogs, adore kids, and have never met a stranger for long — everyone who meets me seems to fall head over heels for my charm. Cats, however, just aren’t my thing, so I’m looking for a feline-free home. Kiyam would ideally love to find a home outside Edmonton city limits. Due to his restricted designation within the city, homes located in Edmonton are subject to additional licensing requirements and costs. If you’ve been searching for a loyal best friend with a heart as big as his cuddles, Kiyam is ready to meet you. Hit that adopt me button and come say hello — he can’t wait to find his forever family.

Please note: If other cats/dogs in your home are not spayed/neutered, we may deny your application. SCARS exists due to lack of spaying/neutering and it is our goal to end this cycle. If there is a documented medical reason for your animal to not be spayed/neutered, we will work with you.
