Hi! I'm Bowser (but my friends call me Little Bow Wow or Piggy Smalls). I may have perfected the mean mug look of my namesake but don't let that fool you! Inside I'm a big sweetie, cuddle bug who loves to give kisses. At 6 years old I have mastered my house manners. I know how to sit, shake paw, wait, come and OK/free commands. When I'm not spending my time lounging on the couch snoring away, I can be found snuggling up with my foster mom for a mid day nap. I'm very laid back and I am content just being with my people wherever they are. Car rides are amazing (I love looking out the windows at everything we pass) and I am so well behaved. Since being in my foster home I've been learning a few new things too. I'm working on not jumping up (even though I'm short and just want to give kisses, I'm told it's rude to do). I'm also working on not reacting to other dogs when they bark at me on my walks. I've met a few dogs and been nice to them, but others I'm just not a fan of. So a family who can help me learn how to say hello nicely and greet strange dogs would be great! The kids I've met have greeted me with gentle touches and I've sat patiently enjoying their pets. I'm not a big fan of toys, chews, bones or Kongs. I've let my fosters take food/treats away and examine my mouth and ears without any fuss. I slept in a crate when I was at the shelter so I'm sure I could do to again if needed but I haven't given my fosters any reason to need to use one. Well, if you have read this far then you're clearly a fan! Come, have a meet and greet with me and get ready to fall in love! Big kisses! Bowser
