Hi, my name is Buggy! I'm a two-year-old Rottweiler with a heart of gold. I'm a gentle, easygoing guy, and everyone I meet tells me what a wonderful temperament I have. I love spending time with people, whether we're out on an adventure or I'm simply keeping you company while you go about your day. Being close to my people is one of my favorite things. My best friend at SCARS is Franny, and we love exploring the world together. While I'm not especially cuddly with my four-legged friends, I enjoy running around with them and relaxing side by side in the sunshine. I'd thrive in a home with a friendly female dog who enjoys having a calm, respectful companion. I've come a long way since arriving at SCARS. When I first got here, I was a little unsure of my surroundings. But once I realized I was safe, my true personality began to shine. My confidence has grown tremendously, and I've blossomed into a happy, well-mannered dog who loves learning and being with people. I've learned to walk beautifully on a leash, and I'm proud of my good manners. I don't pull, and I stay focused even when people, cars, or other everyday distractions are around. Whether it's a weekend hike, a stroll through the neighborhood, or a game in the backyard, I'd be thrilled to be your adventure buddy. I'm also house-trained and will politely let you know when I need to go outside with a few quick barks.
