Roadie here ! I am a Pyrenees mix and mostly a gentle giant ! I’ve been friendly with everyone I’ve met (dogs and humans alike). They said I took a cat “test” and that seemed ok too. I live with slightly older kids 9 and 11 years old and my canine foster sister , a 9 year old , chill lab. I work really hard to get that old gal to like me. I benefit from her calmness and confidence. I can be a little shy and nervous about some things but seeing her navigate the inside of the house, helps! I’d likely benefit from another calm, confident dog in the house (although not necessarily required ). I’e be best for the older kids. I’m pretty big and when excited , I like to jump up (I’m as big as the 9 year old when I stand ). I also like to nibble at hands and feet because all I want is you to pat me (and to never stop !) . Still I’m potty trained and learning my leash manners . I’m starting to use my herd guarding voice a bit as I get more comfortable at my foster home . My foster mom says I’m overall an excellent boy. I have a limp on my left front leg. The initial intake vet said they suspect elbow dysplasia . I’m currently on medicine for that and am awaiting X-rays. Excited to meet you !
