Hi! I’m Shelby! I’m a 4-month-old “Alberta Special,” which basically means I’m a little bit of everything awesome. My foster family thinks I might have some Shepherd in me because I’m super smart, super curious, and SUPER energetic! Right now my favourite things are running full speed toward my people for kisses and pets… and then immediately bouncing away again because I just remembered something exciting across the room. I love exploring, playing, and following my big foster brother around because he seems to know important dog stuff. I’m still learning house training and crate training, but hey I’m just a baby! My foster family says I’m doing well and that I’m a smart girl who learns quickly. I also live with cats right now. I think they are VERY interesting and would probably love to play with me if they stopped acting so serious all the time. Apparently my “enthusiasm” is a little much for them sometimes. I would love an active home that’s ready for puppy adventures, playtime, walks, learning new things, and lots of laughs. I’ve got goofy puppy energy, long legs that don’t always cooperate, and a heart full of love. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate best friend who will keep life exciting, I think we should meet!
