Ahoy there! My name is Captain Whiskers, and I’m a charming little captain sailing the seas of affection. If you’re looking for a first mate who will happily shower you with love, I might just be your guy. I’m an incredibly sweet and affectionate fellow who absolutely adores attention from my humans. Pets, chin scratches, cuddles—you name it, I’m all in. I'm quite vocal and will greet you with the loud meows, waiting for you to notice me (and, of course, love me). I’m the perfect balance of laid back and playful. One minute I’m happily lounging and soaking up your company, and the next I’m off on a zoomies adventure, showing off my playful side. I love a good play session and have plenty of energy when it’s time for fun, but I also know how to relax and just enjoy being near my people. I do well with other cats with proper, slow introductions. I’m still learning that not every cat likes to be chased or play when I do (hard to believe, I know!), so I’ll need a home that can help guide me and respect my feline friends’ boundaries. Because of my playful energy, I’d do best in a home with kids aged 5 and up who are calm and respectful, and can understand when to join in the fun and when to give me a little space. I haven’t been tested with dogs yet, so that’s still a bit of a mystery!
