Finally… I’m ready to find my forever home. ❤️ When I first arrived at SCARS back in January, I was in rough shape. I weighed just 57 lbs, was severely emaciated, and had painful infected wounds on both of my front legs and my tail. Thanks to lots of love, good food, and dedicated care, I’ve come a long way. Today, I’m up to 77 lbs and still have a little more weight to gain. Once I’m at my ideal weight, I’ll be a big, handsome boy! I’m a friendly, affectionate guy who loves being with my people. I do have a healthy appetite, so I’m looking for a home without small children—I just can’t resist food, and my happy Lab-like tail has a mind of its own! Here’s a little about me: 🐾 Friendly and loving 🐾 Crate trained and sleeps quietly in my kennel at night 🐾 Loves being indoors 🐾 Doesn’t seem bothered by other dogs 🐾 Cat compatibility is still unknown 🐾 Walks well on a leash but would love a little more training 🐾 Ready to be someone’s loyal best friend I’ve fought hard to get healthy, and now all I need is a family to love me for the rest of my life. Could that be you? Apply to adopt me today at ScarsCare.ca and come meet your new best friend. ❤️
