Meet Skinner 🐾 Skinner is a 4-year-old Rottweiler mix with a big smile, a bubbly personality, and lots of love to give. He’s spent his time in a northern pound since the summer, so not much is known about his past—but what we do know is that Skinner is a happy, affectionate boy who’s ready to find his forever home. This handsome guy is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. He loves a good scratch session and will happily soak up all the cuddles you’re willing to give. When it’s playtime, Skinner is all in—ripping joyful laps around the yard and enthusiastically playing “get the toy” like a pro. Skinner would likely do well in a home with older children (10+), provided they understand and respect a dog’s boundaries. When it comes to other dogs, Skinner prefers to be the only male in the home. He would do best as a solo dog, but may potentially do well with a female dog after several successful meet-and-greets to ensure a good match and smooth transition. Skinner is looking for a home that can give him structure, playtime, and plenty of affection. In return, he’ll bring laughter, energy, and a whole lot of heart to your life.
