Hi I’m Yuki - my foster mom describes me as a smiley, sweet, soft floof so she picked a name that means happiness and snow. I quickly settled in my foster home and have been learning lots from the two dogs that live here. Sometimes my foster brother and I like to wrestle or play tug but lots of the time I’m stretched out on the floor enjoying a nap. I know how to ring the bells to go outside when I need to do my business, or when I want to sit on the deck and keep an eye on the neighbourhood. On walks I’m good on my leash and like exploring with my nose. I’ve been on adventures in the car a few times and am a chill companion, curiously eying the scenery. I go to bed at night in my crate or when my family goes out. They joke that I’ve found my voice because I’m usually a pretty quiet boy, but I get excited when they come home and have started doing some husky talk to them. I haven’t met any cats or little humans yet but have been gentle with all the big people I’ve met so far and can’t wait to meet you!
