Bugs would thrive in a home that can give him a “job” to do—whether that’s learning new skills, participating in activities, or simply keeping busy with daily exercise and enrichment. Because of his high energy level, Bugs will need a large, fully fenced yard where he can run, play, and stretch his long legs. An active home that enjoys spending time outdoors would be the perfect match for him. Bugs is social and friendly, with a mindset of “everyone is my friend.” He came in with another male dog and they get along well. He may do well in a home with another dog, male or female, but proper introductions and close supervision during the first few weeks are recommended—especially with another male.
