Hi, My name is Tex and I’m a big happy boy with a deep voice. I enjoy listening to conversations. I’m always on the lookout for sunny spots to lie in and would love to sleep on your bed at night. I’ve got spunk and love to play with people and other cats. I’m a justice-oriented protector cat - if there is a commotion I’ll be there right away to investigate and make sure everything is okay. I’m totally fine among the hustle and bustle of little kids but I get anxious when I hear loud crying, so I would do best in a calm home with older children or adults only. I’m middle aged - maybe around nine years old - I have arthritis but monthly shots of Solensia seem to be helping. I’m on urinary food and I’ll need periodic check-ups over the next year to monitor for the formation of bladder stones.'
