Hello, world! My name is Ellie Mae and I am just about the softest, prettiest, most loving girl in the world! Foster mom says I am a very respectable weight at 60lbs and that most of it is in my super thick and floofy tail! - she is very funny! It is unknown if I have ever lived in a house before, but I am quick to explore my surroundings and see what’s what and I am house trained. I settle nicely when members of my foster family are home, but I do not currently do well alone - I get pretty anxious, so foster mom says I need to go to my crate when they have to leave, which I go in willingly, but I'm not a fan of the crate one little bit…maybe in time I will learn that it is a safe space, but for now, I think my people are my safe space, so I would do best in a home where my people are almost always around, and are willing to continue to work with me on my crate skills. I also love being outside, and am working on my leash skills (sometimes I pull a bit, but am easily redirected), so if you like going for walks, I would love that, too…or we can hang out at home…I just really want to be close to you!
