You might notice my ears first. Yes, they really are this big. Yes, they do have their own postal code. And yes, I am very proud of them.

I’ve been on quite a journey lately. I recently had FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery to fix my sore hip, and I’m feeling so much better already! I’m now ready to find my forever home — a calm, loving place where I can finish healing, build my strength, and get back to being the happy, pain-free puppy I was always meant to be.

Because I’m still recovering, I’m looking for a family who understands that I’ll need a bit of extra care at first. That means gentle activity, supervised play, and helping me with my physio exercises so my leg can grow strong and steady. I promise I’ll take my job seriously… especially if treats are involved.

I’m still very much a puppy — curious, goofy, and full of enthusiasm for life. I love other dogs and enjoy playing with them, though I’m learning to keep things polite and not overdo it while I heal. Cats? Well… I think they’re fascinating. I’m practicing my manners every day, but I’d do best with dog-savvy cats and patient humans who can guide me through slow introductions.

Because I’m still growing and sometimes forget how big my feelings are, I’d be happiest in a home with older kids who understand dog boundaries and can help me stay calm while I recover.

I adore food (truly, deeply, spiritually), so training is going great — especially when snacks are involved. I’m learning to sit nicely, wait politely, and channel my excitement into good manners. When I finally settle down, I like to announce it with a dramatic groan, just so everyone knows I am extremely comfortable and possibly slightly oppressed by the lack of snacks.

Despite everything I’ve been through, I’m a joyful, affectionate little guy. Once I warm up to you, I’m all wiggles, cuddles, and goofy smiles. I’m ready to trade my recovery journey for a lifetime of love, loyalty, and laughter.
