SCARS Vehicle Fundrasier!

Our current transport van is in rough shape and we’re in need of a new one!

A Lifeline on Wheels: Our Goal
We’re launching a
n urgent fundraising campaign to purchase a new, dependable transit van equipped for animal rescue. Our goal is to raise $70,000 to cover the cost of the vehicle and necessary modifications for animal transport.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Homes Alive Pets, all donations made, up to $5,000, will be matched dollar-for-dollar! This means your contributio
n will have double the impact, bringing us closer to our goal of getting a new rescue van.

Hi I’m Marshmallow! I’m a polite and gentle girl who can be a bit nervous and shy around new people and situations, but will love on you SO MUCH once I’ve warmed up to you. Since coming to SCARS and my foster home I’m already gaining some confidence; I will do well with an owner who is a good teacher and willing to spend time on my training. I am potty trained but sometimes still need encouragement and company to go around the yard to do my business because I can be really focused on staying attached to my person. I like going on walks and am good on my leash. If you want a cuddle buddy for a nap I’m your girl. I spend a lot of my day relaxing under my foster mom’s desk or finding a comfy spot to curl up. I was very patient when I got a bath and my nails trimmed by my foster parents. The few times I’ve been on a car ride I was calm and enjoyed the adventure. I’ve been living with another female and male dog and have been getting along fine; Not sure how I would be with a cat. I hope I am the dog for you!
