Hi, my name is Bolt — though my foster family sometimes calls me Max because they say I have the same eyes as the Blue Jays pitcher. I’m not sure about the name, but what I do know is that I’d rather be right next to you.

I’m learning to play catch, but I’m still figuring it out. I walk nicely on a leash and love exploring all the new smells along the way. When my foster mom goes out, I stay in my crate. At first, I wasn’t too sure about it, but now I’ll happily go in for a treat.

I’m a total cuddle bug and love being with people. I enjoy doing zoomies around the yard and sitting on what my foster family calls “the castle,” where I can look out over the fence and watch the world go by.

I’m a gentle girl who doesn’t care much for loud noises or quick movements. I’d love a calm, loving home where I can be close to my people and keep learning new things.
