Meet Tango! Tango recently joined the SCARS family after a run-in with a porcupine, but thanks to some care and healing, he’s now ready to find the forever home he’s always deserved. This gentle boy is as sweet as they come, and he’s eager to put his past behind him and start fresh with a family who will love him unconditionally. Tango is a dream on leash and already knows how to let you know when it’s time for a bathroom break. He’s a super smart guy and, being food-motivated, he’s extra eager to learn new things—making ongoing training both fun and rewarding. He appears to do well with respectful female dogs and would thrive in an active home where he can join in on hikes, runs, or long walks. More than anything, Tango just wants to be by your side, soaking up the attention and care he hasn’t always received in the past.
