Hi… I’m Rumple. I’m a quiet girl who’s still learning that the world can be safe and kind. Loud noises, fast movements, or too much activity make me nervous, so I’m looking for a calm, patient home where I can take things at my own pace. Right now, I live with my foster mom, her dog, and a few other cats. I prefer to keep to myself, I don’t mind other cats as long as they’re calm and respectful, but if they try to play or rush up to me, it’s a bit too much. The dog here is polite, but I still avoid her whenever I can. I’d really love a home with no dogs and no small children — just quiet, gentle humans who understand that trust takes time. Most of the day, I feel safest hiding in my cozy cat room. I come out at night to eat, drink, and use the litter box, when everything is peaceful. When my foster mom needs to pick me up for medicine or vet visits, I never hiss or swat... I just freeze and wait patiently. I want to be brave; I just need someone who will show me that I can be. Even though I have all my adult teeth, I’m still quite small, so my exact age is a bit of a mystery. What isn’t a mystery, though, is that I have so much love to give- I just need the right person to help me find the courage to share it.
