SCARS Vehicle Fundrasier!

Our current transport van is in rough shape and we’re in need of a new one!

A Lifeline on Wheels: Our Goal
We’re launching a
n urgent fundraising campaign to purchase a new, dependable transit van equipped for animal rescue. Our goal is to raise $70,000 to cover the cost of the vehicle and necessary modifications for animal transport.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Homes Alive Pets, all donations made, up to $5,000, will be matched dollar-for-dollar! This means your contributio
n will have double the impact, bringing us closer to our goal of getting a new rescue van.

Hey yall the names Lassie. They call me a gentle giant at my foster home. Don’t let that fool you though, I am a bigger dog but I ain’t no pony. I went to the vet and got a laceration on my side stitched up as well as my shots and all the other vet care SCARS offers. I was given a roommate here. He’s a small guy but him and I play a lot. At first I didn’t really care about him but that small fry grew on me and now we enjoy our walks together and wrestle in our run. I walk very well on a leash. I get excited before my walk and sometimes I chatter my teeth when that leash comes out. The girls here tell me I’m very sweet. I prefer to be around people and get sad when they leave me. I’m looking forward to finding a home to call my own.
