Harley: Hi, I’m Harley! I’m a Saint Bernard mix and at almost three years old I’m always up for an adventure, especially with my brother and partner-in-crime, Bandit. When I’m not exploring or playing, I love napping in the shade and cuddling up with my human companions. I’m not familiar with living indoors and I tend to panic and overheat when I’m inside for too long. I’d be better suited to live the acreage or farm life outdoors. I don’t mind getting groomed and I’m a quick learner. I have nearly perfect recall and I’m leash-trained. I don’t really care about cats or cars, but if I had the choice, I would chase hares all day. My perfect day would include getting lots of head scratches, playing with Bandit and keeping watch over my family. If I saw anything strange I’d bark to let you know. But, I’m not a good protection dog; I can make friends with almost anyone, dog or human. I’m mature for my age, I never jump on people and I’m less energetic than my brother. I like going on walks, but I get really hot so I’m fine to keep it short. I’d rather cool off with a swim, but I’m easy going, so I’ll be happy with whatever as long as my family is nearby.
