Meet Harley! Harley is a beautiful Saint Bernard mix with a big heart and an adventurous spirit. At almost three years old, she has found a wonderful balance between enjoying an exciting adventure and settling in for a cozy afternoon nap. Whether she’s exploring the great outdoors, splashing around in the water, or relaxing in the shade, Harley is happiest when she can be close to her people. Harley is a smart girl who is eager to learn and already has some great skills under her belt. She has excellent recall, doesn’t mind being brushed, and enjoys getting out for walks and adventures. When she gets excited, however, she can get a little enthusiastic on leash and may pull, so her new family should be prepared to continue working on her leash manners. Harley is also a girl who likes to keep busy, including putting her digging skills to good use! A family with a secure yard and an understanding that Harley may enjoy doing a little landscaping of her own would be ideal. She would not be a good fit for a home with cats, but she generally does well with most male dogs and could enjoy having a canine companion with the right match. An active family who enjoys spending time outdoors would be a great fit for Harley. She’d love a home where she can go for walks, explore, play, and enjoy all the sights and smells the world has to offer. At the end of the day, though, she’s just as happy to curl up nearby and soak up some well-deserved scratches behind the ears. If you’re looking for a big-hearted girl who is equal parts adventure buddy, backyard explorer, and cuddle companion, Harley could be the one for you!
