Meet Pedro! Pedro arrived in care as a shy, cautious little guy who preferred to watch the world from a safe distance. With patience, love, and gentle encouragement, he has truly begun to bloom! Each day his confidence grows, and he’s discovering that people, playtime, and new adventures can be pretty wonderful. I am one of the smallest of the litter and have short little legs compared to my sister Collins. Pedro has met kids of all ages and has been great with every one of them! He sleeps soundly through the night in his kennel and is well on his way to being fully housetrained—he hasn’t had an accident in over a month! He’ll need a family committed to continuing his training, including basic manners, consistency, and positive reinforcement. In return, you’ll get the joy of watching him grow into the happy, outgoing companion he’s meant to be. Another confident dog in the home would definitely help continue building his confidence!
