A Lifeline on Wheels: Our Goal
We’re launching an urgent fundraising campaign to purchase a new, dependable transit van equipped for animal rescue. Our goal is to raise $70,000 to cover the cost of the vehicle and necessary modifications for animal transport.

Meet Kaboodle, a gentle soul residing in our shelter. This sweet gal was found crying under the High Level Bridge before being rescued. Despite her stressed and scared demeanor upon arrival at SCARS, she holds a quiet grace and an immense capacity for love. At first Kaboodle would often retreat to her cozy corner, observing the world with wide, curious eyes. She now will meow her greetings, anxiously awaiting the pets and cuddles. She is slowly and cautiously exploring her environment, and each day her confidence continues to grow. Her gentle nature makes her a perfect companion for someone who appreciates the quiet moments of companionship and the peaceful presence of a loving pet. Adopting Kaboodle means giving her the chance to feel safe and cherished in a forever home where her gentle spirit can truly flourish.
