SCARS Vehicle Fundrasier!

Our current transport van is in rough shape and we’re in need of a new one!

A Lifeline on Wheels: Our Goal
We’re launching a
n urgent fundraising campaign to purchase a new, dependable transit van equipped for animal rescue. Our goal is to raise $70,000 to cover the cost of the vehicle and necessary modifications for animal transport.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Homes Alive Pets, all donations made through August 2025 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000! This means your contributio
n will have double the impact, bringing us closer to our goal of getting a new rescue van.

🐾 Secretariat Hey! I’m Secretariat, but everyone around here calls me Terry, and I’m totally okay with that — as long as you also call me for dinner. I’m a black and brown pup with a perfect little white spot on my nose and an unshakable belief that everyone I meet is my new best friend. I’m cheerful, bouncy, and just the right amount of clumsy — I still haven’t figured out how all four of my legs work at the same time, but that doesn’t stop me from trying. I love people, other dogs, and think that the cats are potential playmates (even if they’re pretending I don’t exist). I’m learning how to sleep through the night in my crate (like a big boy) I might not have all my manners down yet, but I’m eager to learn, especially if you’ve got snacks. I’m still just a baby, so the world is one big playground, and every day is a chance to try something new… and maybe fall over while doing it. I’ve got the soul of a goofball, and the future of a dog who’s going to be someone’s absolute best friend! If you’re looking for a wiggly, silly, sweet pup to grow up by your side — that’s me!
