A Lifeline on Wheels: Our Goal
We’re launching an urgent fundraising campaign to purchase a new, dependable transit van equipped for animal rescue. Our goal is to raise $70,000 to cover the cost of the vehicle and necessary modifications for animal transport.

Hi, I'm Birch! I came to SCARS with my mom and four siblings, but now it's just me and my sister Aspen looking for our forever homes. I recently moved into the main house with my foster brothers, and I've gotten so brave! I'm still a kitten so I need lots of time to play all day, but when I'm done playing, I love to have a nice long nap on mom's lap. I'm a super happy boy who loves attention, and I'm pretty well behaved for being just 4 months old. I let mom sleep most of the night, and also like to sleep on the bed with her. I don't mind my big foster brother dog, and get along great with my foster brother cat! I used to be a little bit shy, but I'm getting more outgoing every day and I'm sure we'll be best friends really soon! I'm really good at playing by myself, I'll keep myself entertained for a long time with just one toy. Sometimes I growl when I catch toys, but I'm not mean, I'm just showing how good of a hunter I am! I'd love to be adopted with my sister Aspen, but if you only have room for one kitty, that's okay too! If you're looking for a goofy, loveable snuggle bug who is getting more confident every day, please consider me!
