A Lifeline on Wheels: Our Goal
We’re launching an urgent fundraising campaign to purchase a new, dependable transit van equipped for animal rescue. Our goal is to raise $70,000 to cover the cost of the vehicle and necessary modifications for animal transport.

Meet Chewie, a cat with a gentle soul, seeking a quiet forever home. Once cautious due to past abuse, she now shows signs of curiosity and warmth. Chewie spends her days observing her surroundings and slowly warming up to gentle interactions. She likes to be around you, but is scared to be touched due to her past. She loves to be pet in small increments, and is slowly learning that the staff and volunteers are her friends. One of the volunteers affectionately refers to her as “Lil’ Chew Chew” ❤️. She does NOT enjoy the company of other cats, so a home where she can get undivided attention would be the best environment for her. No households with small children - adults only would be ideal. With patience and love, she promises to be a loyal companion. Adopting Chewie means giving her the safe and loving environment she deserves, where she can fully blossom and share her affectionate, peaceful nature.
