SCARS Vehicle Fundrasier!

Our current transport van is in rough shape and we’re in need of a new one!

A Lifeline on Wheels: Our Goal
We’re launching a
n urgent fundraising campaign to purchase a new, dependable transit van equipped for animal rescue. Our goal is to raise $70,000 to cover the cost of the vehicle and necessary modifications for animal transport.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Homes Alive Pets, all donations made, up to $5,000, will be matched dollar-for-dollar! This means your contributio
n will have double the impact, bringing us closer to our goal of getting a new rescue van.

Hi, I'm Lynx! I'm a friendly little guy who decided that I was tired of living rough and adopted my current foster family by climbing right into a carrier. I'm really interested in people, love to be petted and spend time in a lap, but I'm too busy to want to be carried around for more than a couple of minutes at a time. Play is still something I'm figuring out, so I don't always want to run and chase, especially when you could be petting me instead! Using the litter box has never been a problem, and so far I'm happy scratching my post instead of things I'm not supposed to. Since I only recently got my vaccines I haven't had the full run of the house, but I think I'd like a chance to play with other resident cats. I met a couple of my foster siblings through a screen door and they didn't seem scary at all. I've never met dogs or kids, so I don't know how I'd feel about them, but I'm open to new experiences. Unfamiliar and loud noises make me a bit uncomfortable, but if I have a place to hide they don't stress me out too much.
