Meet Sable 🖤 Sable is a beautiful, resilient 7-year-old cat who’s ready for the quiet, loving life she so deeply deserves. Her journey hasn’t been the easiest—she spent her summers as a free-roaming outdoor cat and would come inside during the colder months. After her elderly owner sadly passed away, Sable was surrendered to our care. Due to her owner's declining health, Sable hadn’t received the regular grooming or medical attention she needed. When she arrived, her ears and eyes were full of debris and goop, and mats covered much of her fur. Despite all of this, Sable has been nothing but sweet and cooperative. She’s now been seen by a vet and is receiving medication to help her eyes heal—we’re hopeful for good news at her upcoming recheck. Through it all, she’s shown us just how gentle and affectionate she can be, patiently accepting care and starting to enjoy the comforts of indoor life once again. Sable is looking for a quiet, caring home where she can finally relax and be cherished. She may need a little time to fully settle in, but once she does, you’ll have a devoted and grateful companion by your side.
