At just over a year old, I am the perfect blend of a goofy, athletic playmate and a professional couch potato. ________________________________________ Why You’ll Fall in Love with Me: • I’m the Ultimate Cuddler: Once I'm indoors, I have absolutely no concept of "personal space." I will gladly offer myself up as a 70-pound lap dog. I’m still learning that not everyone wants a giant dog in their lap at all times, but my cuddles are so good you probably won't even mind! • I'm a Blur of Joy: When I'm outside, I am pure happiness! I love sprinting around the yard and playing with my favorite resident dog buddies. • I'm Highly Trainable (for snacks!): I currently think "counter surfing" is a highly respected career path, but I am incredibly food-motivated. If you have positive reinforcement, consistency, and tasty treats, I am a very smart boy who is eager to learn. My Dream Home & Lifestyle: • We’ll Need to Take Things Slow: I can be a bit wary of new people, and I take some time to warm up. Because of this, I'd love a slow-and-steady transition. Let's start with a few walks and hangouts so we can build trust before I head to my new home. Once you have my heart, you have a best friend for life! • No Cats or "Tiny Humans," Please: I find cats way too interesting (I will chase and annoy them), so a cat-free home is a must for me. I’m also not a fan of those very fast-moving, loud, smaller humans. • Dog Friends Welcome (But No Dog Parks!): I absolutely love having dog friends! However, the chaotic energy of a public dog park is a bit too much for me. I much prefer playing with my resident dog friends in the safety and comfort of our own home or fenced yard.
