Hi there, I'm Big Mac! I became part of the wonderful SCARS family when I was brought in as a stray. When I first arrived I took one look around and decided it was best to tuck in and keep it low-key for a bit. Can you blame me? A guy's gotta decompress. That meant for the first few weeks I took to constantly hiding under my blankets when people were around, like it was my cloak of invisibility. But I started to realize that people only wanted to shower me with love and attention and you know what?? It's the BEST feeling in the world!! Now I have no reason to hide this handsome face away! 🤩 I'm a bit of an old soul-calm and polite. I'm getting used to all the attention lavished on me and realized a guy could definitely get used to this. I discovered I can use my voice to call out "Yoohoo! Where are you??" when I want some scritch and scratch time. I'm truly starting to turn into a confident fella. I will happily follow you around, so wherever you go you’ll find me not far behind. Think of me as your constant shadow! I've been observing the other cats here at the shelter and decided that they are not too bad. I don't mind having a laid-back roommate, but I'd be just as happy with a home where I can be your sidekick. So come meet me if I sound like the purr-fect match! 🐾
