Hi, I'm Spike! I am a sweet, quiet boy. I can be quite timid and shy, but after I get to know you I will want all the pets. I have a beautiful long coat that I will need some help maintaining! Foster mom has been working hard to detangle all the mats, but it's a decent amount of work. I'm very patient even when she accidentally pulls my fur. And I'm quick to forgive with some head scritches. I do fine with other cats, and would do fine with a well-behaved dog. I'm not the most snuggly, but might be a bit more once I'm confident in a new home. Unfortunately, the vet confirmed that I have heart disease, but it doesn't slow me down yet! That being said, there is a chance of my health suddenly declining. In the future I may need medication. Please keep this in mind when considering adopting me If you're looking for a fluffy and quiet kitty, please consider me!
