I was surrendered due to no fault of my own. My owner had to move to a place that did not accept animals... So, I am now on the lookout for a new forever home. I am a very large cat but I have a very large heart to go along with it. I can be a bit shy to start, but if you give me the time to warm up to you, you will have a best friend for life. I am quiet, sweet and incredibly affectionate. If you offer me your lap, I will gladly sit there forever. I have beautiful eyes and I love to stare deeply into yours. I came in very matted and I just let the groomer shave me, no claws or teeth from me! As I am so gentle, I would probably do well around cat-savvy kids of any age. Other cats don't seem to bother me, but I haven't gotten a chance to play with any yet. I also haven't met any dogs as the shelter staff are giving me a chance to settle in. If you feel a connection and are ready to welcome a new feline friend into your life, let's make it official! I promise to be the loyal, loving companion you've been dreaming of.
