Gritz A proper gentleman & a love bug. Could it get any better? With the heart of a Rotti, the snuggles of a Newfie, the loyalty of a Mastiff and the biggest, best ears in the neighbourhood to top it off. I love to stay handsome! Grooming time makes me so happy and I'll stand still & turn for you like a dream. I'm pretty good on the leash and responsive to verbal cues. Don't love being away from the party in my kennel but I'll happily cozy up in there for an afternoon nap. Really, I just wanna be with you all the time. A guy can dream. I'm well-mannered in the house and I don't jump up on counters or do any puppy shenanigans. If you throw my ball, I know to bring it back! Did I mention I love the snow? You should see how happy I can be in a yard full of snow. I can be a wee bit stubborn with new things that feel scary. New things haven't always worked out well for me so give me some time to warm up to new places or ideas. I'll always try my best and I'll talk to you about how it makes me feel. I came in with a horrible, large growth on my side, but the vet says there’s nothing to worry about in the future now that it’s gone. I’ve been through some hard things and am learning that I can feel safe again. I’m respectful with my dog friend at my foster home though I've been known to hog the hugs. If you give me the chance, I’ll come burrow head down into your shoulder or chest to get the real luvs. Connect with me if you're ready for some big dog love!
