Hi there! I am Houston. I was in the pound for a while before SCARS came to my rescue, so not much is known about my past. I am a sweet girl who loves my humans! I can sometimes be painful in my legs, so SCARS took me to the vet where they found out that I have bad hips for my age! Luckily, they say I'll be okay without surgery for the time being. I may require an FHO surgery in the future, and in the meantime, the vet will monitor me closely to ensure I am not in pain. I am looking for a forever home to call my own! I also enjoyed playing with other dogs. I am pretty easy going & has met with a kids and would be fine in a home with small kids. I am good with most dogs. Would love to have another dog in the home. If a FHO is needed down the road, scars would happily help for that appt by working with westlock vet for that appointment
