A Lifeline on Wheels: Our Goal
We’re launching an urgent fundraising campaign to purchase a new, dependable transit van equipped for animal rescue. Our goal is to raise $70,000 to cover the cost of the vehicle and necessary modifications for animal transport.

Hi there! I'm Barbie! Are you looking for a little ball of energy who gives great cuddles? Then I'm the girl for you! I am quite an active girl, always looking to my people for guidance, I aim to please! I struggled walking on a normal collar and leash but since the staff here tried a halti on me I've gotten so much better on walks! I will need to continue my basic skills training, although I'm getting better at walking I still need to work on pulling my leash when I see something exciting. I will need a home that can give me lots of exercise to burn off all of this energy I have. Everyone tells me I'm a smart girl and catch onto things rather quickly so with consistent training I will continue to excel! I can be quite dog selective, I like most of the males I've met at the shelter but the girls just aren't my thing so I would need a home with a confident male dog or just as a solo girl. I also don't really like those little furry things the people call cats so a home without those would be needed. I am fully house/ crate trained and am happy to report that I haven't had an accident in a loooong time. Do I sound like the perfect companion for you?
